Gathering Ourselves
A program to connect community healing practitioners with each other to develop shared strategy. The Gathering Ourselves process is a multi-year initiative that seeks to address the following goals:
To bring together Indigenous and LatinX mindfulness and healing justice practitioners that strengthen Indigenous and LatinX communities
To create bonds of connection and shared vision among Indigenous and LatinX practitioners rooted in their own communities
To support the enactment of their shared visions
Comunidades Organizadas
Comunidades Organizadas is a collaboration bringing together grassroots Indigenous and Campesin@ Central American and Mexican organizations leading change in their own ancestral territories with US, UK and European communities leaders, organizers, university students and faculty, and funders to exchange knowledge, build communities of solidarity, and generate resources.
Comunidades Organizadas Institute is a certificate program in Community Organizing in partnership with the University of Vermont.
ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING
We support organizational capacity building with our partners in the areas of strategy, culture and operations. Some of our partners include Peacemakers Lodge of Wind River (PML), Center for Cooperative Development and Solidarity (CCDS), MILPA Collective, Pa’lante Transformative Justice, Cambridge HEART.
